Young Seafood Chef of the Year 2018
There were four judges at the competition: celebrity chef, Galton Blackiston; Seafish official, Nikki Hawkins; renowned chef, Franck Pontais; and development manager at Youngs, Serge Nollent.
This competition provides young chefs across the seafood industry with valuable experience and an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding, flair, ability, and skill in using seafood from sustainable sources. Testing their creativity alongside knowledge, all guests were extremely impressed with the level of culinary expertise from the young chefs with a budding future ahead of themselves.
