Sweet Chilli Prawn Fried Rice

Ditch your typical takeaway for a quick and easy speedy seafood fix! This prawn fried rice is made even easier with our Big Prawn King Prawns and sweet chilli sauce.

500g pre-cooked long grain rice
Big Prawn King Prawn & Sweet Chilli
7g ginger puree
7g garlic puree
20g sesame oil
10g groundnut oil
20g soy sauce
60g frozen peas
1 red pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
15g spring onion, sliced
2 medium eggs, whisked together
20g water
Salt & pepper


  • Pre-heat a high non-stick pan
  • Add the ground nut oil then add the ginger and garlic purees and cook for 10-20 seconds
  • Add the soy sauce, peas, water, red onion, pepper, and spring onion. Try together until the rice turns golden
  • Move the rice to one side and add half the sesame oil to the pan and then the egg. Cook the egg for a a minute and then mix into the rice
  • Add the remaining sesame oil and the sweet chilli prawns
  • Season to taste
