Big Prawn sponsored the Young Seafood Chef of the Year and hosted a study trip to our factory. We were incredibly impressed with the level of commitment and expertise by these young chefs. As part of our sponsorship, we hosted a study trip for the lecturers during the Eastern Heats held in Norfolk. We welcomed in tutors from many different colleges across the country and showed them how our processing factory works and explained our love for quality and sustainable seafood. In particular, we focused on our Madagascan Tiger Prawns. These prawns were then used in the surprise invention test in the finals.
