Salmon and Asparagus Burger Recipe

Just because its barbecue season does not mean you can’t enjoy as much seafood! Try these tasty Salmon burgers from Big Prawn that cook perfectly on the grill for something different for everyone to enjoy. It’s a great healthy and lighter alternative to your typical beef burger.

1 pack Big & Tasty Salmon Burgers (2 burgers)
2 ciabatta rolls
12 spears asparagus
Scandinavian Dill Sauce
200g mayonnaise
30g chopped pickled onion
30g gherkins, chopped
6g garlic
15g sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/2g chilli powder
2g parsley
1g dried dill
5g tomato paste
2g demerara sugar


  • Cook the salmon burgers from frozen on the grills for 8 minutes. Flip half way through
  • Grill the asparagus with the salmon burgers for 5 minutes
  • Mix together all the dill sauce ingredients and chill until ready
  • Spread the dill sauce on the rolls, add the burgers, and the asparagus and serve with some fresh lemon
