Madagascan Tiger Prawn Tapas Recipe
This tapas dish will impress everyone and is a guaranteed favourite! The smokey chorizo marries perfectly with the sweet tiger prawns.
180g Big & Juicy King Prawns
3 tbsp of oil
100g chorizo, sliced
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp dry sherry
8 cherry tomatoes, chopped
Chopped curly parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
- Fry the chorizo and add the prawns to the pan when crispy
- Drizzle in the olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes. Cook until prawns turn pink
- Add the garlic, sherry, and water and reduce for a few minutes to create a sauce
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley and serve!
