Madagascan Tiger Prawn Tapas Recipe

This tapas dish will impress everyone and is a guaranteed favourite! The smokey chorizo marries perfectly with the sweet tiger prawns.

180g Big & Juicy King Prawns
3 tbsp of oil
100g chorizo, sliced
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp dry sherry
8 cherry tomatoes, chopped
Chopped curly parsley
1 clove garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper


  1. Fry the chorizo and add the prawns to the pan when crispy
  2. Drizzle in the olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes. Cook until prawns turn pink
  3. Add the garlic, sherry, and water and reduce for a few minutes to create a sauce
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley and serve!
