Lobster Roll Recipe

If you’re bored of a prawn mayo sandwich but still looking for some inspiring seafood lunches, this lobster roll is perfect! Famed in America, every bite of this creamy lobster filling with a soft brioche bun will have you wanting more.

1 Big & Juicy Canadian Lobster
2 sticks of celery, diced
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 pinch cayenne
4 brioche rolls
1 tbsp butter, melted
Lettuce, to serve
Salt & pepper


  • Prepare the lobster following the directions on our packaging
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, chives, cayenne, and season with salt and pepper
  • Fold in the lobster meat and taste
  • Heat a frying pan and brushed the melted butter on the rolls. Fry lightly in the pan until lightly toasted
  • Serve the lobster on the rolls with lettuce
