King Prawn & Seaweed Ramen Recipe

This tasty seafood dinner for one is hearty and warming. It’s surprisingly easy to make, just watch our video below.

Ingredients

Yellow miso paste 25g
Red chilli fine chopped 2g
80g king prawns
25g yellow miso paste
2g red chilli, finely chopped
10g chopped ginger
10g spring onion
1 boiled egg
30g pak choi
85g udon noodle
10g dried seaweed
20g edamame beans
5g sesame oil
3g sesame seeds
400g cold water
Soy sauce, to taste

Method

  1. Bring the water and miso paste to a boil in a sauce pan
  2. Add the noodle and simmer for 3 minutes
  3. Add the ginger, chilli, seaweed, edamame beans, and prawns. Simmer for 2 minutes
  4. Add the pak choi, sesame oil, and egg and simmer for 1 minutes
  5. Serve with spring onion, sesame seeds, and soy sauce to taste
