Fragrant King Prawn Broth

This fiery and fragrant prawn broth is a quick recipe that’ll energise your senses. Packed with delicate king prawns, aromatic ginger and spicy chilli, it’s full of flavour to get your tastebuds tingling.

360g  cooked Big Prawn King Prawns
2cm ginger, peeled and sliced
1l chicken stock
2 red chilli, de-seeded and sliced
2 spring onions, sliced
300g egg noodles
2 handfuls coriander, chopped
1 handful basil, chopped


  1. In a large saucepan, bring the stock to boil and reduce to simmer
  2. Add the ginger, chilli spring onions, and noodles. Simmer for 4 minutes
  3. Add the prawns and warm through
  4. Serve prawn broth into bowls with plenty of coriander and basil to taste
