250g cooked mussel meat with white wine and shallot butter.

Try our Big & Tasty Moules Marinière for a quick and easy dinner that’s full of flavour. This french classic is the perfect dinner, cooked from frozen, it’s ready in no time.

Ingredients

Cooked Mussels (Molluscs) (80%), Water, Butter (Milk), White Wine, Shallots, Corn Flour, Parsley, Flavouring, Sea Salt, Garlic Purée, Tarragon, ground White Pepper, Salt, Red Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Lemon Juice

Keep frozen at -18°C.
Use from frozen.

Preparation

Cook from frozen. These are guidelines only, ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving.

Microwave:
800 watt. Cat D. Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes.
Carefully peel back film, stir, replace film and heat for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minutes before serving.

Oven cook:
Pre-heat, 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place onto a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir before serving.
