160g Drained cooked and peeled brined crayfish tails with dijon & dill mayonnaise.

We’ve tailored this tasty herb and mustard dressing to bring out the sweet and subtle flavour of our Crayfish tails while also giving the taste buds a kick. Our plump and succulent Crayfish are wild creel caught in China.
