Clam & Prawn Chowder

300g Shell on clams and King prawns with diced potatoes and sweetcorn in a Chowder sauce.

Try this delicious chowder for a beautiful and creamy seafood dinner! This tasty chowder is easy to cook straight from frozen, giving you the perfect taste in no time.

Ingredients

Shell on Clams (Molluscs) (30%), Potatoes (14%), King prawns (Crustaceans) (12.5%), Sweetcorn (7%), Water, Double Cream (Milk), White Wine, Salted Butter (Milk), Fennel, Fish Stock (Concentrated Plaice (Fish) and Fish Broth (Fish), Maltodextrin, Salt, Water, Sunflower Oil, Yeast Extract, Onion Concentrate, Pepper Oil), Cornflour, Wheat Flour (Wheat), Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Dill, Bay Leaf, Fennel Seed, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Unsalted Butter ( Milk), White Wine, Shallots, Reduction Vin Blanc, Cornflour, Parsley, Sea Salt, Garlic Puree, Tarragon, White Pepper

Keep Frozen at -18°C.
Use from frozen.

Preparation

Cook from frozen. These are guidelines only, ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. For best results oven bake.

Microwave:
850 watt. Cat D.Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place onto a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Carefully peel back
film, stir, replace film and heat for a further 3 minutes on full power. Stand for 1 minute, stir and serve.

Oven cook:
Pre-heat, 200°C/ 400°F/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6.Remove sleeve, pierce film lid several times. Place onto a baking tray and cook for 35 minutes. Carefully peel back film and stir before serving.
