15 Mar Lisa’s Own…. Baked Cromer Crab with Walsingham Cheese
Lisa, the wife of the founder and Chairman of the company, has an in depth knowledge of Big Prawn products and over the years has found some firm family favourites using our great seafood. The ‘Lisa’s Own’ range of products will be produced using our seafood combined with locally sourced ingredients.
All the dishes within the range will be ‘country rustic’ family orientated.
For this dish, the brown and white meats are blended with lemon juice, mustard and spices, before being added back to the shell. It is then topped with a local Norfolk Walsingham Cheese, breadcrumb and chives.
Baked from frozen in 25 minutes, these hot eating crab dishes are a straight to the table ‘starter’ for two or main course for one. Serving the crab in its shell, will bring a sense of home cooked quality to the meal table.
