Here are two alternatives to traditional fish cakes in the crowded fish and potato based sector…Taking the classic Italian Pea Risotto, we have combined it with juicy Crayfish tails and cheese, and coated it in a crisp and crunchy light oregano breadcrumb.
A taste of Spain was the inspiration when we mixed mussels, King prawns and squid and blended them with paella rice. These smoky paprika infused cakes combine classic seafood with red peppers and peas, garlic and cumin seasoning and are coated in a light crystal batter with parsley. New to the market, these two products are ready to bake straight from the freezer.
